Krafton has revealed the patch notes for inZOI update v0.2.0, which is set to release tomorrow, and it’s massive. The update will include new relationship dynamics, hair and clothing options, hundreds of items, the ModKit, and several other new features alongside several updates and adjustments.
Let’s start from the beginning: creating a Zoi. There are 20 new outfits to choose from, along with new types (overalls and boots). Additionally, there are 29 new individual items, including five hairstyles, four tops, three bottoms, one outerwear item, three sets, three shoes, nine socks/stockings, and one accessory.
Additionally, while in the Character Studio, players can adjust the size and placement of accessories.
When it comes to Building Mode, 175 items will be added. These include a variety of new things, such as barred windows and flashlights. Here’s how it breaks down into categories:
- 14 items for Bedrooms
- 5 items for Living Rooms
- 4 items for Home Offices
- 52 items for Kitchens
- 2 items for Bathrooms
- 76 common items
- 2 outdoor items
- 20 items for doors
A few quality-of-life updates will be made for Building Mode, including shortcuts, auto save, improvements to lighting, and more.
There will also be new features added to relationships within inZOI. Now, Zois can adopt a child and seek medical help for having a child. Seeking medical help can help a single Zoi have a child or a couple.
Other relationship updates include children born outside of a marriage, Zois visiting from other cities, and even romance between teens.
Several features are getting improved with inZOI update v0.2.0, including the following:
- New settings to show gender identity and romantic attractions in the world
- Conversations better reflect the relationship between Zois
- UI updates for romantic popups
Other new features include changes to body weight and muscle mass depending on lifestyle choices, new interactions for swings and hula hoops, a time skip feature, eight new Pocket Market items, and five new donut flavors.

- Prison System
- Starting and Move-In Funds
- Age Progression
- Fixed Schedules
- Universal Text Notifications
- Interactions with Newborns and Children
- Idle Family Options
- Basic Info Display
- Object Interactions
- NPC Pregnancy Restrictions
- Street Encounters
- Animation and Audio
