Today, Frozen District announced the release date of the upcoming Scooby-Doo DLC for its popular game, House Flipper 2.
The package will be released on October 23, and we also learn that it’ll cost $19.99.
Of course, the timing isn’t random, as it’s just in time for Halloween.
As for what you’ll get, we have an official list of features for your perusal.
- Six new mysterious jobs with various challenges that increase in difficulty and connect to the overarching mystery.
- Six new haunted properties related to classic Scooby-Doo monsters that allow players to express their creative freedom,
- Three new themed assemblies,
- New special buyers to discover,
- Over 500 new items, including Scooby-Doo-themed ones.
There certainly seems to be a blot to enjoy, which isn’t too surprising since 20 bucks isn’t exactly cheap for a DLC.
If you’re unfamiliar with House Flipper 2, it’s a simulation game that puts the player in the role of an entrepreneur who renovates and flips real estate. It’s perhaps one of the foremost example of the “job simulator” genre that has become very prominent in the past few years.
It’s the second installment of a popular franchise started with House Flipper in 2018, and it has been available since 2023 on PC and 2024 on PS5 and Xbox series X|S.
Just recently, the developers celebrated the summer with the Pool Party Update.
If you’re interested in more tie-in DLC for popular simulator games, you can take a look at Jurassic World: Archipelago, which brings the islands and dinosaurs of Universal’s franchise to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
