Arrowhead Game Studios has just revealed a video game crossover that Sony fans are sure to love, as Killzone 2 is making its way to Helldivers 2.
The news was announced earlier today via a Steam post, which detailed that Helldiver 2 would take place in two parts, with the first available now. Each will feature premium cosmetic content that can be viewed in the Superstore.
The items for the first part of the Helldivers 2 x Killzone 2 collaboration include:
- Armor Set: AC-1 Dutiful
- Primary Weapon: StA-52 Assault Rifle
- Player Banner: Strength in Arms
- Cape: Strength in Arms
- Player Title: Assault Infantry
The second part of the event will arrive to the Superstore on December 23, 2025, and will likely feature a line-up of cosmetics similar to what you see above. Interestingly enough, this is the first such crossover event that Helldivers 2 has done since releasing back in February 2024.
Arrowhead Game Studios has been considerably dedicated to updating Helldivers 2, featuring plenty of unique Warbond events and other patches based on consumer feedback. The game has been a huge success as a result, becoming one of the fastest-selling PlayStation games of all time, with over 12 million sold in 12 weeks of its release, as well as Sony’s most successful Windows title.
