The annual event is one of the largest among those celebrating all aspects of flight simulation, and there are plenty of well-known names among the companies that will have a booth on the show floor.

We see scenery and aircraft creators like Orbx, Aerosoft, PMDG, FlyByWire, Just Flight, and Militech Simulations, hardware manufacturers like Thrustmaster, Moza, and Honeycomb, utility developers like Navigraph, SoFly, and SayIntentions, and more.

You can find a full list, including sponsors of the event at various levels, on the official website

The press release included a comment from organizer Phil Coyle

“We’re thrilled to welcome an international community of developers to FlightSimExpo 2025. From some of flight sim’s biggest names to virtual airlines, online communities, and combat and racing sim, there is something for everyone at FlightSimExpo 2025. Best of all, there’s still plenty of time to make plans to join us!”

We also hear from FSA Co-Founder Evan Reiter.

“The FlightSim Community Survey shows that about 55% of flight simmers are also active in other forms of simulation. Following the initial success of introducing sim racing at last year’s show, we’re excited to expand on that with ‘The Track’, an area of our show floor where attendees can compete for prizes in a ‘intro to sim racing’ experience.”

This year, FlightSimExpo will be hosted at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island, between June 27 and June 29, 2025.

Like with similar events dedicated to general gaming, you can expect plenty of announcements and reveals from the developers involved, on top of educational panels about flight simulation. There certainly is going to be plenty to enjoy for flight simulation enthusiasts of all levels of experience, whether you can attend in person or watch the many livestreams.

Registration is currently available, including virtual ticket to gain access to the livestreams of the panels.

Interestingly, this year, the event will see an extended presence of military flight simulation developers and even a space for racing simulation, as mentioned above.
