Flight Simulation is an extremely active part of the gaming industry, with new releases and reveals happening daily. Yet, not everyone has the time to keep track of all the news.

If you’re among those who don’t have the time to read news articles every single day, don’t worry. We just published our 28th weekly video overview, including the major announcements and releases from the past week.

Of course, our videos are published in addition to our daily news coverage, which remains one of this site’s main staples and isn’t going anywhere. The videos are simply a handy weekly recap presented in a convenient format for those who prefer to consume their news this way.

No video shorter than a few hours could include every single piece of news from last week. So we have gathered a comprehensive selection of releases and reveals to give you an overwiew of what happened within the flight simulation industry. Incidentally, you can also watch the 27th episode from the previous week if you so wish.

This week, we covered major flight simulators like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, MSFS 2020, X-Plane 12, and DCS World. That being said, we often cover other simulators when there is relevant news about them.

If you want even more news and more reveals, you can read our daily articles, which you’ll also find conveniently linked just below the video.

Without further ado, you can watch the 28th episode below. Of course, we’d appreciate it if you could like the video and subscribe to our growing YouTube channel, as that’s always extremely helpful and appreciated.

Here’s a list of all of our flight simulation news and articles for the week:

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is available for PC and Xbox Series X|S.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is also available for PC and Xbox Series X|S. It’ll be released for PS5 on December 8, 2025. If you’d like to learn more, you can check out our recent interview with Head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann.
