Giants Software has released the second content update for Farming Simulator 25, as well as patch 1.9, introducing new machines and a brand-new clothing system in the free update.
Four new machines were added in Farming Simulator 25’s second content update:
- John Deere 1270G
- Pöttinger Aerosem VT 5000 DD
- Škoda Enyaq Coupé RS iV
- Väderstad TopDown 600
While three of the machines are meant to help players farm better, the Škoda Enyaq Coupé RS iV allows players to ride around in style. The vehicle has a massive dashboard screen and electric side mirrors for players to ride in style. There are also several colors to pick from, including an electric green.
Additionally, players will be able to customize their characters with new clothing options from Pöttinger. While it wasn’t available in Farming Simulator 25 at launch, player clothing has been part of the series before.
Giants Software released a trailer for the new content, which players can watch below:

The second content update for Farming Simulator 25 came alongside patch 1.9, which introduced improvements across the game. Many of these were aimed at performance and stability, though players may have to launch and exit the game once before seeing these, as stuttering tends to happen on the first post-patch launch.
There are also several updates to Precision Farming with patch 1.9. These include bug fixes, an AI field worker enhancement, and a few new settings.
Players can check out everything that was fixed and changed in the patch notes for 1.9 here.
Farming Simulator 25 fans can also look forward to the Plains and Prairies pack, which is set to release on June 3, 2025. This will introduce over 20 new machines, including those from three new brands.
