Giants Software announced it will be teaming up with Ford for the brand new Farming Simulator 25 Plains & Prairies pack.
The Farming Simulator 25 Plains & Prairies pack brings the iconic Ford brand to the franchise for the first time, and is set to release on June 3, 2025, for PC, Mac, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. It will feature over 20 new machines and three new brands in total.
Alongside Ford, GEA, and Trout River make their brand debuts, joining returning favorites such as Brandt, Fendt, International, Salford, Väderstad, and Versatile. Some of those vehicles include the formidable Versatile 1080 “Big Roy,” the Fendt Rogator 900, and Salford Independent Series 1260.
Farming Simulator 25 Plains and Prairies also improves attention to detail and realism. Some examples of this include Pneumatic sprayers that allow farmers to spread solid fertilizer, trailers that have realistic moving covers to protect harvested crops, and functional lift axles that increase maneuverability, especially when towing the GEA STR 447.
Since its release in 2008, the Farming Simulation series has had a huge impact on the simulation genre as a whole. Across eight mainline titles and five mobile games, the franchise has sold over 25 million copies combined and had 90 million mobile downloads.
Farming Simulator 25 is available now for PC, Mac, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. You can also get the full Year 1 Season Pass for $29.99, which includes the Plains & Prairies Pack, two more packs and a major expansion.
