Today, GIANTS Software released a free patch that adds both new content and plenty of quality-of-life improvements to its hit strategy and sim title, Farming Simulator 25.
Farming Simulator 25 update 1.6 – which includes Free Content Update #1 – continues to build the already stacked roster of over 400 vehicles and tools, adding in the following five pieces of equipment. This includes items from renowned brands like CLAAS, John Deere, and Albutt, all of which you can see below:
- Albutt f155A Bale Grab
- CLAAS ARION (550 – 530) Tractor
- CLAAS FL 140 Frontloader
- John Deere 6R Series (230 – 250) Tractor
- John Deere 683R Frontloader
Patch 1.6 also includes optimization tweaks, ranging from performance improvements and bug fixes to gameplay changes for players and modders. Earlier this month, Farming Simulator 25 crossed an impressive threshold for copies sold, improving upon its new series record with over 3 million units sold.
Since its release in 2008, the Farming Simulation series has had a huge impact on the simulation genre as a whole. Across eight mainline titles and five mobile games, the franchise has sold over 25 million copies combined and had 90 million mobile downloads.
Farming Simulator 25 is available now for PC (Steam), Mac, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, starting at $49.99, not including the additional DLC options and bundles.
