SCS Software revealed more screenshots and details of the upcoming Nordic Horizons DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
We get to see the town of Kiruna, Sweden’s northernmost town, located 200 km above the Arctic Circle.
We get to see the world’s largest underground iron ore mine under Kebnekaise, the country’s tallest mountain.
The mine includes a massive custom depot both at surface level and deep underground, and it’s actually the largest custom depot in the whole Euro Truck Simulator 2.
It’s so big that there is signage inside to help you find your way, and you may still need to rely on a map.
A new city center is being built, and we get to see the construction area, alongside the new town hall with its restored clock tower, on top of plenty more landmarks.
You can check out the gallery below.

If you’re unfamiliar with Euro Truck Simulator 2, it’s a truck-driving simulator available exclusively for PC.
A refresh of the Scandinavia DLC (of which you can enjoy the city of Aarhus) is in the works alongside the Nordic Horizons DLC, of which you can check out the landscapes, landmarks, the city of Oulu, the churches, the lakes of Finland, more roadside landmarks, and the town of Andenes.
Speaking of reworks, the BeNeLux region is also getting a refresh, and we recently saw the port of Rotterdam.
The Iceland DLC was announced only a few weeks ago, and we also saw additional screenshots.
Recently, we also got to see a smaller DLC dedicated to Krone agricultural equipment, providing highly detailed and branded cargo to carry around Europe.
Another big addition will be Project Coaches, which will eventually add coach buses to the game.
