Today, SCS Software released new screenshots of the upcoming DLC dedicated to Iceland for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
In the official post, we get to take a look at multiple locations, some of which are urban, while others are in the countryside. This is actually the first time we get to see Iceland after the announcement of the DLC.
While we don’t get further information about the places portrayed in the screenshots, we can certainly see that the countryside locations look very different compared to the locations in continental Europe we’re used to.
You can check them out below.

If you’re unfamiliar with Euro Truck Simulator 2, it’s a truck-driving simulator available exclusively for PC.
A refresh of the Scandinavia DLC (of which you can enjoy the city of Aarhus) is in the works alongside the Nordic Horizons DLC, of which you can check out the landscapes, landmarks, the city of Oulu, the churches, the lakes of Finland, more roadside landmarks, and the town of Andenes.
Speaking of reworks, the BeNeLux region is also getting a refresh, and we recently saw the port of Rotterdam.
The Iceland DLC has been announced only a few weeks ago, and this is the first time we get to see more. It’s likely it’ll be the last among the regional DLC announced so far to be released.
Recently, we also got to see a smaller DLC dedicated to Krone agriculture equipment, providing highly detailed and branded cargo to carry around Europe.
Another big addition will be Project Coaches, which will eventually add coach buses to the game.
