Today, SCS Software showcased one of the vehicles that will be the focus of the upcoming Coaches DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2, the Scania Touring.
It’s a long-distance coach released in 2009 and designed to carry up to 50 passengers.
The development team is working hard to reproduce both the exterior and interior in great detail, as you can see in the gallery below.
Keep in mind that all the images in the gallery represent a work in progress, so the coach will look even better when the DLC releases.
It’s also worth mentioning that this is just one of several coaches that will be included in the DLC. More will be revealed as we get closer to release.

If you’re unfamiliar with Euro Truck Simulator 2, it’s a truck-driving simulator available for PC, but PS5 and Xbox versions have been recently announced. The PC version has recently been updated to version 1.56.
We don’t know when the Coaches DLC will be released just yet, but we recently saw its bus stations.
The Nordic Horizons DLC is also coming soon, and you can check out its gameplay reveal, on top of the landscapes, landmarks, the city of Oulu, the churches, the lakes of Finland, more roadside landmarks, the town of Andenes, and Kiruna.
To accompany the DLC, SCS is also working on a refresh of the Scandinavia DLC, of which you can enjoy the city of Aarhus and Motorway 16 in Denmark.
The Benelux region is also getting a rework, and we recently saw the port of Rotterdam and the city of Brussels.
The Iceland DLC was also announced a few weeks ago, and you can enjoy additional screenshots, on top of its churches.
