EA Sports F1 25 is set to introduce plenty of new updates during this timeframe, during which they will also celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Haas F1 Team’s on the grid. Players will get a chance to relive and rewrite defining moments from Haas’ first decade in Formula 1 and celebrate with special Haas-themed challenge rewards.

A Free to Play Weekend is also set to run from October 16 to 20, coinciding with Haas’ home race at Circuit of the Americas and giving existing fans a Double XP boost. Season 3 marks the arrival of F2 2025, featuring 11 teams, 22 drivers, and the full 14-race calendar, along with a comprehensive Sports Update and the second Driver Ratings refresh of the season, with the first set of ratings being unveiled here tomorrow and be based on the real-world results from Belgium to Italy (Monza).

Earlier this month, Electronic Arts teases some of the new changes players can expect coming alongside the next season, including improved AI drivers. AI behavior has been updated so that they can brake later into and accelerate less effectively out of turns, which will not affect overall lap time in Dry conditions, but will be slightly slower than during Wet conditions.

Races with the CPU will flow more smoothly, as the AI will enter and exit corners closer to how a real-world driver would, whilst carrying a more appropriate amount of speed through corner apexes.

EA Sports F1 25 is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for $59.99. For more information on the game and some general financial info on EA, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily for updates.
