Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy Announced for iOS and Android

Square Enix has announced Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy, a free-to-play game in the crossover series that’s coming to mobile devices next year.

Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy is a three-versus-three team battle arena game, where two teams go head-to-head to defeat the boss faster than the other team. The roster pulls characters in from all across the Final Fantasy series.

The story is set in modern-day Tokyo, where a giant crystal suddenly appears and becomes polluted, bringing monsters and chaos. Armed warriors known as Ghosts come to help, and they keep their identities a secret and disappear after battles.

The story will be fully voiced in Japanese, and there will be smaller episodes that will feature the Ghosts’ daily lives. There will also be different outfits available so players can customize the Ghosts.
