According to Nixxes, the developers of the PC version, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will be very inclusive, offering a range of Graphics Presets from Low to Very High, catering to both budget gaming PCs and high-end systems. A Portable preset has also been added in the hopes of helping Steam Deck owners play wil on the go.

You can see the exact specs listed below:

The PC edition of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will also launch with NVIDIA DLSS 4, AMD FSR 4, and Intel XESS 2 support; both upscaling and frame generation options are available for all technologies. PICO is also available as an option in Upscale Settings using the DECIMA engine, and is supported by graphics cards and can be combined with the various options for frame generation offered in the game.

All upscaling options can be used in combination with Dynamic Resolution Scaling, or with an upscaling quality setting of choice to improve performance. Native AA options are also available for maximum fidelity. All cutscenes are also crafted to fit a 21:9 aspect ratio; though an Ultrawide monitor is not required, these aspect ratios will enhance the experience.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach was released on June 26, 2025, once again made by Kojima Productions, led by Hideo Kojima. The sequel continues the journey of Sam Portereleven months after the events of the first game, as the freelance porter and his companions set out on an expedition across the Australian continent to connect isolated survivors and colonies to the wireless communications “chiral” network in order to save humanity from extinction.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach for PC is now available for pre-purchase on Steam and the Epic Games Store, set to release on March 19, 2025. For more information on this, pre-order bonuses, and other PC ports, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily for updates.
