Originally released for the PC version back in May 2023, Crusader Kings III Tours & Tournament introduces a slew of new gameplay features and mechanics that enhance the overall experience of the beloved grand strategy game, including plenty of grand events.

Grand Tournaments allow players to invite nobles and knights from all over the land to compete or witness grand displays of arms. You’ll be able to customize the event, set the location, and much more, all as a way of improving your power in both a social and military sense.

Grand Tours and Grand Weddings are two other important ways of establishing your hierarchy. The first allows you to visit your vessels, take pity on them, or tax them to oblivion, while the second lets your subjects cater to you by showering your family with gold and status.

Other new features include:

  • Knightly Accolades: Honor your best knights with special titles and accolades that will give bonuses to them and the armies they lead.
  • New Armor Designs: New historical armor designs from across the centuries, integrated with the new Tournament and Accolade systems.
  • New Western Clothing: New art for clothing designs will show how fashions changed and evolved in Western Europe from the time of the Carolingnians to the closing of the medieval era.

Crusader Kings III launched in 2022, marking the third installment in the franchise created by Paradox since the release of the original in 2004. The series is currently one of the most successful and influential grand strategy RPGs around, with the most recent installment selling over 3 million units as of September 2023.
