Paradox Interactive has announced the release date for the Crusader Kings 3 All Under Heaven expansion, and it’s coming in just under three weeks on October 28, 2025.
The All Under Heaven expansion for Crusader Kings 3 adds three areas of Eastern Asia for players to experience: China: The Mandate of Heaven, Japan: Rise of the Shogunate, and Southeast Asia: God-Kings and Temple Empires.
In China, players will work to take the highest title of Hegemony, experiencing the Dynastic Cycle and the new Celestial government system. Players will also have to manage the Imperial Treasury.
Meanwhile, in Japan, players will rise through the court system to take the title of Shogun or Kapaku regent, leading the Imperial Yamato house as it works to bring more power to the Emperor.
In Southeast Asia, players will rule as Devaraja, performing Tributary Missions to gain favor with those they rule and navigate the Mandala Government.
Additionally, players will be able to experience the difference the Silk Road brings to these areas, along with new historical bookmarks. It’s also ripe with historical information about the throne rooms, traditions, and events of the areas.
