Pearl Abyss is back with some more news about its upcoming highly anticipated heir open-world action-adventure title, Crimson Desert. The developers revealed yet another exciting clash that fans can expect in the game, this time in the form of the mysterious and dark Hexe Marie.
As you can see in the teaser below, this brand new boss loves her crows, implementing them both into her appearance and combat style. While not too much is known outside of the brief glimpse shown off in the video, she is set to make her debut at G-Star next week.
G-Star is Korea’s biggest gaming event, set to take place at the BEXCO’s Exhibition Hall from November 14 to 17. The event is set to feature plenty of keynote speakers, gameplay reveals, and hands on demos, including an updated one for Crimson Desert.
Crimson Desert follows a lone mercenary as he navigates both the stunning beauty and cutthroat dangers of Pywel, the war-torn continent where history will be written in blood. Players will be able to explore this world while completing quests, defeating dangerous enemies, and unlocking powerful items.
For anyone that is attending G-Star, you’ll be able to get your hands on a Crimson Desert demo by visiting the Pearl Abyss booth at BEXCO’s Exhibition Hall 1, A02. Alongside Hexe Marie, you’ll also be able to fight familiar foes like Staglord, Reed Devil, and the Queen Stoneback Crab.
At the moment, Crimson Desert does not have an exact release date. We do know that it is coming Q2 2025 and that it will only be available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. If you simply can’t wait for the game, be sure to check out all of the previous trailers that have been released so far, including a 50-minute preview exploring of the world of Pywel.
