Today, Smilegate and Super Creative officially revealed that their upcoming dark fantasy roguelike RPG, Chaos Zero Nightmare, will launch worldwide on October 22, 2025, for PC, iPhone, and Android.
Chaos Zero Nightmare is a card-based combat title set in a dark sci-fi fantasy world, focusing on a narrative-driven content alongside its unique roguelike gameplay. The game is already a hit with fans that have gotten to test it out, receiving 70% positive marks during the recent global playtest, with many highlighting the game’s striking animation and unique mechanics
Smilegate also noted that it is taking player feedback heavily into account when developing, and that they will release a developer commentary video ahead of launch that dives into player feedback and how it’s shaping the final game.









Anyone attending Tokyo Game Show 2025 can get a hands-on look at Chaos Zero Nightmare early via a demo, join cosplay photo sessions, and take part in special on-site events. Anyone interested in pre-registering for the RPG will receive a handful of in-game rewards, including Advanced Battle Memory x10 and Rescue Anchor x17.
As of right now, over 1.5 million have pre-registered. If the total manages to pass over the 2 million mark, players will receive the Special 4-Star Combatant Amir as a reward.
