Today, at Tokyo Game Show 2026, Capcom Spotlight presented new information and updates on several titles that are both upcoming and currently available.

Mega Man: Dual Override received a new gameplay overview confirming Proto Man as a playable character alongside Mega Man, with both characters featuring distinct combat styles and access to more than 50 upgrade chips that can modify their abilities and weapons. The game is scheduled to launch in Spring 2027 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
When announcing the free Mega Man and Roll costumes during Capcom Spotlight Tokyo Game Show 2026, Pragmata offered players more cosmetic choices drawn from Capcom’s classic series. The sci-fi action game is now available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and Capcom has also introduced a discount for the first time on most digital stores.
Capcom has also stated that Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Resident Evil Village, and Resident Evil Requiem will be available on the Nintendo Switch 2, thereby expanding the range of titles on the platform with a number of more recent games and remakes. Although the presentation gave no information regarding the release dates of the Switch 2 versions, Resident Evil Requiem is already set to launch on February 27, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen received a new gameplay trailer showcasing the Forsaken Dominion, which serves as the setting for the upcoming expansion, alongside 12 new dungeons, additional abilities, an updated character creator, and new official and celebrity Pawns. Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen is scheduled to release on October 6, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Street Fighter 6 was also featured with new gameplay for Arjun, the second DLC fighter included in Year 4, as well as a first look at C. Viper’s Outfit 4. Both Arjun and the new costume are scheduled to release on October 14, 2026, with Street Fighter 6 currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Monster Hunter Outlanders received a new trailer during Capcom Spotlight Tokyo Game Show 2026, highlighting the free-to-play mobile game’s cooperative hunting gameplay, designed around the capabilities of mobile devices. The game is currently available for pre-registration on iOS and Android, although Capcom has not announced a firm release date.
Lastly, Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance showcased its Skybound Eyrie region, a new Elder Dragon, the return of Teostra, evolving ecosystems, and the new Boost Bracer and Boost Driver mechanics designed to increase the variety of combat options for all 14 weapon types. Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance is set for release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027, while Monster Hunter Wilds itself will appear on Nintendo Switch 2 on December 6, 2026.
