Hooded Horse has revealed the first roadmap for Blacksmith Master, its latest medieval management sim that was released into early access last month, teasing the next updates for the game..
This first roadmap covers new features that are planned, along with more vague quality-of-life updates that will be determined as the community continues to give feedback. The two new features discussed directly are coin minting and a siege workshop.
Coin minting is the process of using copper, silver, and/or gold ingots to create special royal coins. While there is a currency currently in the game, these royal coins seem like they’ll be something different.
The Siege Workshop is the next brand-new feature in the first 2025 early access roadmap for Blacksmith Master. This will introduce the process of creating guns for the Kingdom. Players will be able to create war workshops, which will need quite a few different components and different assembly processes.
Between these two brand-new features, more community quality-of-life features will be added. Additionally, improvements will also be made to the staff management system.
The planned order of these updates is as follows:
- First community quality-of-life features
- Coin minting
- Staff management improvements
- Second community quality-of-life features
- Siege workshop
According to Hooded Horse, this is just the first of the roadmaps. There will be much more coming to the game after these features and updates are released. Considering the early access period is planned to last twelve months, players can expect to see there start rolling out in the near future.
Blacksmith Master is a solo-developed game from Untitled Studio, who also made the medieval management sim Tavern Master.
