Today, Microsoft tweeted out a preview of all the exciting first-party games they are coming out, detailing each of them’s timeline in an image alongside some new information. While it was originally slated to arrive in 2024, it was revealed that Avowed has been pushed back to a release date of February 18, 2025.
The only reason for the delay was that the team wanted to give players’ backlog “a bit of breathing room.” Whether that is actually the case or if there is something else going on can only be left up to interpretation. The rest of the announced first-party games for Xbox and their dates are as follows:
- World of Warcraft: The War Within – August 26, 2024
