Shine Research and Nacon’s upcoming sim Architect Life: A House Design Simulator has released its Steam demo, which will only be available to play for a few weeks.
The demo is available until March 3. While Architect Life is being released on multiple platforms, the demo is only available on Steam.
The Architect Life demo, which was first announced last week, gives players two plots to construct on and decorate. These plots are from the 60 plots that come in Free Mode in the full game.
There are three different ways to play in the demo.
Call for Tenders lets players complete planned missions and meet certain conditions and challenges while constructing a home. This includes things like delivery dates, budgets, and specifications for each home. Call for Tenders is basically the demo version of the sim’s Career Mode.
The standard Free Build mode is a sandbox. The only limitation is the creativity of the player.
In Inspiration mode, players can return to their old plots and work even more on them.
A launch trailer for the Architect Life: A House Design Simulator dropped as well. Fans can get a look at what house design looks like in the sim below:
A gameplay trailer last month revealed that Architect Life is quite complex. Between six different stages for every project in Career Mode and controlling every part of the process from setting the stage and overseeing subcontractors, there’s a lot for players to do.
The Career mode alone has 60 missions to complete. Shine Research, the developers behind the sim, proudly claims that it’s just as easy to play with a gamepad as it is with a mouse and keyboard.
Architect Life: A House Design Simulator releases on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on June 5.
