Animal Crossing: Pocket is back with a new and improved completed version for iOS and Android. The mobile companion app was originally released in 2017 as a free-to-play social simulation title to prepare fans for the upcoming release of the Nintendo Switch title Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
The app allows you to create your own campsite by collecting, crafting, and customizing designs for furniture that you could then transfer over to the companion Nintendo Switch title. You can also explore islands and befriend the cast of characters you’ve come to know and love in the series here, as the app features plenty of activities amongst all of its customization elements.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete follows the same formula but features new content, including exchanging Leaf Tokens for in-game items, creating and collecting personalized player Camper Cards, a new Whistle Pass location, and the ability to experience returning and new seasonal events throughout the year.
Players can either start fresh or pick up where they left off, though in-game save data will need to be transferred by June 1, 2025, at 11 PM PT to continue game progress. Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete is currently available on iOS and Android devices for an introductory price of $9.99.
It is important to note that this price will only be good until January 30, 2025, at 10:00 PM PT. After that point, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp’s price will increase to $19.99.
