SCS Software released new screenshots and details about one of the next DLC for American Truck Simulator, Illinois, focusing on the city of Marion.
According to the reveal, the town will include several recreated landmarks like the “Welcome to Marion” sign with an effigy of the city’s clock tower. On top of that, we’ll find the Marion bank, hotel, water tower, and the laborers’ training centre.
As usual, plenty of jobs will be available, including from the warehouse, RV dealer, country store, truck and trailer service, farm, timber harvest site, and marina depots.

American Truck Simulator is available exclusively for PC, and it’s the sister game to Euro Truck Simulator 2.
At the moment, we don’t know when Illinois will be released, but you can also take a look at its truck stops. It’s very likely that the next DLC will be Iowa, of which you can check out the truck stops, the towns, the road network, more settlements, the bridges,
SCS Software also recently revealed Louisiana (alongside its truck stops and welcome centers, and buildings).
Perhaps the most interesting recent announcement is the Road Trip mode, which will let you drive pickup trucks and other vehicles in the same world that has been reserved for cargo transport until now, including new reasons to drive and explore.
