SCS Software released a large gallery of screenshots of the assets created to give flavor and realism to the upcoming Louisiana DLC for American Truck Simulator.
In the official post, we get to see plenty of buildings that showcase the southern State’s rather iconic architecture, blending modern and classic styles.
These also include buildings built on stilts and boathouse that you’d find in a swampy environment.
There is more than city buildings, as the set includes bridges, port equipment, locks, and more.
Incidentally, we hear that the same developer leading the charge on this project is working on two more that have not been announced. SCS Software never stops.
You can check out the gallery below.
American Truck Simulator is available exclusively for PC, and it’s the sister game to Euro Truck Simulator 2. Update 1.54 has recently been released with new features and improvements.
At the moment, we don’t know when Louisiana will be released, but for now, we have also seen its truck stops and welcome centers, on top of the original reveal.
It’s very likely that the next DLC will be Iowa, of which you can check out the truck stops, the towns, the road network, more settlements, and the bridges.
We have also seen Illinois and its truck stops.
Perhaps the most interesting recent announcement is the Road Trip mode, which will let you drive pickup trucks and other vehicles in the same world that has been reserved for cargo transport until now, including new reasons to drive and explore.
Last, but not least, just yesterday we saw the free addition of the Kenworth W900 Legacy Edition.
