Today SCS Software released an extensive gameplay video of the next DLC coming to American Truck Simulator, Arkansas.
We get to see a fairly extensive trip from a truck stop in Springdale to a Lumber Mill near Hot Springs. The video starts at dawn and ends at around noon, so you can also enjoy a variety of lighting conditions.
There certainly are a lot of sights to see, and you can check it out below.
The DLC, which doesn’t yet have a release date, promises “some of these beautiful landscapes and areas, but travel through a variety of large and small towns and cities, where you’ll find industries, landmarks and more.”
If you’re not familiar with American Truck Simulator (which recently got a beta for update 1.51) it’s the 2016 successor released exclusively for PC of SCS Software’s super-popular Euro Truck Simulator, which launched all the way back in 2012. Even if it never managed to duplicate the success of its predecessor, it still counts on a very dedicated and lively community.
Both games ended up living side by side and both continue to get updated regularly, including both free and paid content. Many have wondered about the secret of their success, and you often hear that they’re quite relaxing and even cathartic.
