Chinese developer CCC Games is going to take on the air traffic control simulation genre with Airport Control 25.
While there are a few ATC simulators on the market, like I Am an Air Traffic Controller 4/Airport Hero and Tower Simulator 3, Airport Control 25 has a few elements distinguishing it.
First of all, it’s set in China, which is certainly a rather unique environment, and unlike its competitors, it features real airline liveries, which are usually excluded by developers to avoid having to license them.
As a matter of fact, the developers of Airport Control 25 embrace the concept further with Steam Workshop support to let players share their own liveries, on top of aircraft, airports, and flight schedules.
The game debuted originally on the Chinese platform Adfian, which you can consider it pretty much a local version of Patreon. It’ll release in 2026 and its Steam page is already available.
The developer isn’t new to ATC simulation, as it has already published Mini Airways on Steam, albeit Airport Control 25 appears to be considerably more advanced.
You can see a trailer and a few screenshots below.
