Dogfight Club recently showed off Aileronia at Gamescom 2025, introducing audiences to its arcade flying combat game that takes players through the world of the same name, and now it’s opened up the game’s Steam page for wishlisting.
Aileronia puts players in the shoes of a protagonist who’s trying to find out about his late grandfather’s past. His grandfather was shrouded in mystery, and players will end up in a world of magic: Aileronia.
The world introduces players to a variety of heroes with special traits. Not only are these special traits tied to different traits in humanity, but the heroes themselves are inspired by real aviation legends.
While searching for more about their grandfather’s past, players will encounter Aranka, the antagonist who is invading the peaceful land. The player will work alongside the heroes to drive Aranka and the invaders away from Aileronia.
These heroes and their unique traits bring another layer of strategy to the arcade flight game. However, players will still fight with different aerial combat mechanics.
Those interested in Aileronia can now wishlist the game on Steam.
Aileronia debuted at Gamescom, and the development team was excited to share it with the support of Creative Europe Media:
