The Play-Ins week of the League of Legends 2024 World Championships has finished – here’s a roundup of the intense games.
The first week of Play-Ins had two matches each day, with both being best-of-three games. Four teams moved to compete on the Worlds stage, which will start kicking off again later this week on October 3.
Wednesday, September 25 was the first day of League of Legends Worlds Play-Ins. Mad Lions KOI and Vikings Esports kicked things off, with game one going to MDK:
- K’Sante (MDK Myrwn) vs Camille (VKE Nanaue)
- Nidalee (MDK Elyoya) vs Lee Sin (VKE Gury)
- Syndra (MDK Fresskowy) vs Orianna (VKE Kati)
- Jinx (MDK Supa) vs Ezreal (VKE Shogun)
- Nautilus (MDK Alvaro) vs Poppy (VKE Bie)
Game two looked similar, and MDK ultimately took the match:
