Fly With Us in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 from Auckland to Christchurch

Shonai Airport (RJSY) is a small airport serving the cities of Sakata and Tsuruoka in Yamagata Prefecture, in the northern Tohoku Region of Japan.

It was created by Yusuke, and you can download it from Flightsim.to for the rather affordable price of zero dollars. It’s worth mentioning that it also works with MMSFS 2020. Of course, it’s available only for PC.

It receives five inbound flights per day from Tokyo Haneda, witha variety of aircraft, a Boeing 737-800s in the early morning, followed by two flights operated by Airbus A320neos, and two in the late afternoon and evening operated by A321s and A321neos.

Today we’re reproducing the afternoon flight, ANA 397, departing from Tokyo Haneda at 3:55 p.m. local time, and scheduled to arrive in Shonai at 4:55 p.m.

The route is as follows.

RJTT/05 N0416F270 ROVE4C BRUCE DCT AGRIS Y11 SHIRO Y115 USUBA DCT RJSY/27

You can watch the video below to find out how the flight went. Of course, we’d appreciate it if you could like it and subscribe to our growing YouTube channel, as that’s always extremely helpful. Comments and feedback are also always welcome.
