Storage Hunter Simulator was released in Early Access today, giving players the opportunity to rule storage auctions by bidding and reselling items to turn a profit.
The goal of Storage Hunter Simulator is to be the king or queen of storage auctions. To do so, players will start from the bottom and bid on storage auctions to resell the items within. Selling items can look different depending on how far into the game you are, and players will eventually run their own pawnshop to maximize profits.
To start with, players have to fight for the best bid, hoping to score out with the items inside. Storage sites can have thousands of items, making every bid a risk. As players get better, their renown in each area will grow. This provides discounts, more purchasing options, and, ultimately, more risks.
At the start, players will need to identify and value every item. Experts will help players value the higher-value items until they learn and get the right tools to value things themselves.
As players progress, they’ll be able to do more with their money. Buying and expanding their pawnshop and hiring employees will help automate the process, letting players focus on storage auctions.
Lukasz Skrypkowski, Chairman of the Board for Raccoons Studios and BeardedBrothers.Games, had exciting words to share about the present and future of Storage Hunter Simulator:
“We’re really excited to release Storage Hunter Simulator to the world today. This is just the beginning for Storage Hunter Simulator – listening to our community and letting them help us shape the game is core to what we go, so we can’t wait to hear what everyone has to say and hope you’ll all join us on Discord.”
