A new Palworld update has launched, along with three free summer Pal skins.
The update, v0.3.6, focused on fixing servers and save data problems. Dedicated servers, particularly those with large data, are now optimized better for data transmission. Players on larger servers, like the official ones, may notice that the server loads quicker than before.
There was also a problem with some save data backups working correctly from the in-game UI. Pocketpair has fixed this, so it should always work correctly now.
Perhaps the more exciting news for most players is that three new Pal skins are here. Prior to this, only one skin existed, so this is exciting news. The three skins will be available as Twitch drops for one week each.
The first of these to come is Golden Relaxasaurus, which is available from August 21 to August 27. Next to come is Sailor Quivern, which will be available from August 27 to September 3. Then Summer Chillet will finish the skin line and be available from September 3 to September 10.
To get these skins, players will need to watch an official Twitch stream for one hour during these time periods. Players will also need to connect their Twitch and Steam accounts. Then they can claim the skins on Twitch and in-game. For more details on how to set this up, the official Palworld linking page can help.
In-game, players will need to build the Pal Dressing Facility to get access to their skins. This is a level-one build, so players should have access to it immediately. From there, choose the skin and then choose the Pals to apply it to.
