Flight Simulation developers shared news today, including aircraft and airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, MSFS 2020, and X-Plane.
Before we move on to the news, below you can enjoy a story that received its own individual coverage.
Without further ado, I leave you with the news.
Dassault Rafale for MSFS 2024 Delayed to 2026; New Screenshots Released

Azurpoly announced that its officially licensed Dassault Rafale C won’t be released in 2025 as previously expected. We’ll have to wait for 2026.
The exterior model is 100% complete, and several liveries are in the works. A wide selection of external weapons will be available: Meteor, MICA IR/EM, AASM, GBU-12, Damocles pod, 1250/2000 L fuel tanks, and more.
The 3D model and textures of the cockpit are also finished, including all panels, surfaces, and fine details. Work is ongoing on the avionics, including the HUD, the central and lateral displays, and the HOTAS logic.
The developer is also developing a fully custom fly-by-wire system, including the Rafale’s control laws with different envelopes depending on external stores. High-alpha behavior, G-limiters, roll-rate schedules, and pitch-rate controllers are also all custom-coded. Mono-throttle operation is fully simulated, including its auxiliary levers and the IDLE/NORM/FIX modes.
De Havilland Mosquito for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots

Aeroplane Heaven released new screenshots of its Mosquito, and we hear that it’ll release in early 2026. It’ll launch first for MSFS 2020 and then will be made compatible for MSFS 2024. The developer also hopes to launch it on Xbox.
They also listed a few persistent options.
- engine covers
- flame guards/hush kit removal for liveries that require that
- pilots removal
- navigator positioning over the bomb sight/ beside the pilot
The bombs will not drop but you’ll be able to toggle them via the weight and balance options.
