Kastelli Airport Announced for Microsoft Flight Simulator and MSFS 2024
FSDG announced an interesting airport coming to both Microsoft Flight Simulator and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
If you’re unfamiliar with Kastelli Airport (LGTL) it’s an expansion of the current airbase that will open in 2025 and replace Heraklion International Airport. It’s not yet open, but it will be fairly soon.
Indiafoxtexho shows upcoming ships for Microsoft Flight Simulator
Indiafoxtecho showcased some of the ships it’s building to support its aircraft. The models of the Cavour Italian aircraft carrier, the FREMM frigate, and the Amerigo Vespucci school ship have been completed. The latter will be included in the package as an easter egg, placed along the Italian coastline.
The British Queen Elizabeth and Prince of Wales carriers, along with Type 26 frigate and Type 45 destroyer models have also been done. These packages will be released at some point in September and will be “very inexpensive.”
Militech Simulations Teases Aerial Refueling Add-on
Militech Simulation posted about its upcoming Aerial Refueling add-on, Aerial Refueling Pro, showing a couple of pictures of the Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker model.
The developer mentions that the add-on will miss the summer 2024 window, but will “cover all” the topic, including different tanker aircraft, liveries and operators, etc.
