Today, iRacing revealed brand-new footage for its flagship racing title, Nascar 25, this time showing off an in-depth look at gameplay.
In the video, fans get a preview of what to expect from the game through the lens of YouTubers The Iceberg, Matt Malone, and Camodo Gaming, who got to play a bit of the single player of Nascar 25. First off, cars will have a few different ways to be driven, as you can choose between Loose, Neutral, and Tight, each of which will affect how your vehicle moves and reacts to input.
To truly capture the race-day feeling of Nascar, there will also be multiple camera angles and alternate paint schemes for you to sort through, highlighting the many customization aspects that will be in the game.
Nascar 25 is the next officially licensed Nascar sim developed under the iRacing portfolio after the creators of the popular esports-focused sim acquired the license for the console renditions of the sport. It is set to feature an immersive career mode, realistic driving gameplay, and a whole lot more that fans of the real-life racing series are sure to love.
You’ll also have access to 180 drivers from the Nascar Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series, and ARCA Menards Series that will be featured in the game. Alongside the cover stars mentioned above, those drivers will include stars like William Byron, Christopher Bell, Ty Majeski, Sammy Smith, Lavar Scott, Anthony Alfredo, Eloy Falcon, Rajah Caruth, and Lanie Buice.
Recently, they even revealed the full list of tracks coming to the game, which will feature a handful of returning hits and new content, including one of the biggest country songs in country, Liar by Jelly Roll. You can see the full list of songs below:
