At first glance, the Polaroid partnership seems like a no-brainer, as they play a huge part in Max’s ability to travel through time in the original. If you’ve seen much content for the next installment in the series, you’ll also likely have seen that not only is Max returning for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, but that she is also wearing a pair of Dr. Martens 1460 Smooth leather cherry red boots, which you can see below:

Even if cherry red isn’t your style, Max can change into different colors of the 1460 ankle boots through the alternate Outfit Packs. A variety of stylish and cosplay outfits are available across all three editions of the game (Standard, Deluxe, & Ultimate). The sequel once again follows everyone’s favorite superpowered photographer as she must tap into the powers she has refused to use for years to solve the murder of her friend, Safi.

Life Is Strange: Double Exposure

In order to gain Early Access to Chapters 1 and 2 starting on Oct. 15, 2024, two weeks before the full game’s release, you can pre-order Life Is Strange: Double Exposure now. While you wait for more information on the game, be sure to check out the latest news for Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl and all of the goodies we’ve got coming up in the world of simulation.
