E-Jets for Microsoft Flight Simulator Showcase New MCDU, Enhanced Autopilot, and More

FlightSim Studio revealed new features coming to the upcoming E-Jets for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including the new MCDU, enhanced Autopilot, weather radar, new MFD screens, and more.

Boeing 727 for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets Relevant Update

FlightSim Studio also released a big update for the Boeing 727 for MSFS 2020, also coming at a later date for MSFS 2024.

Here’s what you can expect from update 1.1.1.

  • #910 – Yaw damper test not physically moving surfaces
  • #951 – Fuel heat panel corrected
  • #1201 – Reverser not activated until 100% reverse is applied fixed
  • #1197 – Weird shadow on Anti Skid switch fixed
  • #1415 – EPR decimal rounding issue fixed
  • #1423 – EFB not loading fuel or payload after completed leg
  • #1442 – AC Generator Drive light issue
  • #1454 – No engines sounds after opening left window
  • #1196 – Trim Wheel missing a ‘dash’ next to 5 units
  • #1495 – APU Circuit Lamp + Dim light switch logic corrupt
  • #1365 – Engine starter lights issue
  • #1101 – Rudder Deflection Does Not Match Indicator
  • #1121 – Krueger Flaps Hanging Position vs. Extended Position
  • #1446 – Purolator livery issue
  • #1445 – Capital Cargo livery issue
  • #1497 – Fixed engines’ flameout when performing fuel adjustment via EFB
  • #1461 – GEN connection issues reworked
  • #1495 – Dim light issue connected to APU GEN
  • #1505 – Fixed right doors do not have hinges cover
  • #1499 – Fixed Transmile and Air Class Lineas 200F liveries
  • #1485 – Fixed Aileron position on spawning
  • #1484 – Fixed caging animation issue
  • #1464 – Fixed 200Freighter FedEx livery issue
  • #1444 – Weight distribution out of GC Limit when loading via GSX fixed
  • #1443 – AC Gen drive temp gauge animation fixed
  • #1415 – EPR decimal rounding issue fixed
  • #1197 – Weird shadow on Anti Skid switch fixed

  • #1381 – [PAX] door lock missing in aft toilet doors
  • #1499 – several liveries fixed
  • #1427 – UPS liveries fixed

  • #399 – Updated fire handle animation
  • #537 – AUTO pressure behavior on ground improved
  • #582 – Landing gear compression logic updated
  • #687 – Outflow valve door logic and animation added
  • #718 – Fire handles now shut down engines when pulled
  • #1120 – Adjusted Pilot Avatar, which sits too high
  • #1337 – New switches texture
  • #1380 – Added door lock in aft toilet doors
  • #1393 – Hydraulics pressure timing logic updated
  • #1452 – HSI digits improved readability
  • #1481 – EFB don’t set orange speed reference bug

  • #889 – EFB option to sync altimeters
  • #1456 – Onscreen keyboard in clipboard (optional via settings)
  • #925 – Turn Knob: Click spot to set neutral
  • #1448 – Nose wheel steering enhanced physics

Northrop YF-23 Black Widow II Beta Testing Announced for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Top Match Studios announced that it’s about to beta test its Northrop YF-23 Black Widow II.

Nome Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Realworldscenery released Nome Airport (PAOM) in Alaska, United States. It’s available on Simmarket for $18.19.

It includes the following features.

  • All buildings in the scenery are exact replicas of current buildings
  • Custom made night-lighting
  • Ground-work is all custom made utilizing the new MSFS2024 SDK
  • Optimized FPS using LOD’s
  • PBR materials
