The official game of the 2025 FIA Formula One World Championship is heading back to the track, as EA Sports has revealed that F1 25 will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on May 30, 2025.
The latest installment in the hit driving simulator has new and returning features alike, allowing fans to experience the thrill of competition once again thanks to the power of the EGO game engine. Thanks to LIDAR technology, the engine allows for increased circuit authenticity, which you can test on the many different courses and surroundings that help add to F1 25’s realistic look and feel.
Another new addition to Braking Point, the game’s fan-favorite story mode, has Konnersport battling for championships, as a dramatic event throws the team into chaos, while also giving players the ability to choose between multiple difficulty settings.
Another popular mode, My Team, gets a significant rework in F1 2025. This time around, players will become owners of their F1 team, requiring them to complete tasks before getting behind the wheel as either of the team’s drivers.
There will be multiple different editions of F1 25 alongside exclusive pre-order bonuses, including a 75 Celebration Pack, World Starter Pack, and 5,000 PitCoin. The digital-exclusive Iconic Edition will receive perks linked to cover star Lewis Hamilton and the film F1 and a selection of instantly available 2025 season liveries for use in F1 24 Time Trial mode.
Players in the United States who pre-order the Iconic Edition will also receive a one-month subscription to F1 TV PRO+. For more information on F1 25 up until its release and plenty of other racing simulation content, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily.
