Today, Dissident Studio announced that its debut skiing simulation title, Skingdom: Ski Resort Tycoon, will be heading to Steam at some point in 2025.
Skingdom: Ski Resort Tycoon tasks players with constructing and managing their very own ski resort. You’ll be in charge of just about everything, as you’ll need to arrange your resort, draw your slopes, and build your lifts, hotels, and shops across three different game modes: career, scenario, or realm.
In career mode, start from scratch on an empty mountain and build a resort worthy of vacationing to. Budget and invest accordingly, and you’ll be able to unlock new lifts, new housing buildings, and activities for your guests.
The scenario mode provides players with a bunch of unique objectives and challenges to overcome, especially when it comes to your management skills. Those scenarios include restoring an old resort, dealing with a lack of snow, or upgrading a rinky-dink local spot to a worldwide destination for everyone to enjoy.
Last but not least, realm mode features a complete mountain range that you can jump into and play with at your pleasure. Expand or sell to your heart’s content so that you can take that money or property and shape the mountain into exactly what you want right from the get-go.
While there isn’t an exact release date for Skingdom: Ski Resort Tycoon quite yet, the developers are shooting for a release this year. For more information on this and other simulation titles, be sure to check Simulation Daily.
