During the Indie Live Expo Winter 2024, Kamitsubaki Studio had a few interesting games to showcase, including an intriguing follow-up to Moonless Moon.
We take a look at the Sci-fi dark fantasy text adventure Kamtsubaki City Regenerate.
It’s releasing for PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch on February 20, 2025.
Next is the rhythm game Kamitsubaki City Ensemble, which is actually already out and available on Steam, iOS, Android, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.
Speaking of games that are already out, we also see the adventure game Moonless Moon by Kazuhide Oka, which is already out for PC and Nintendo Switch.
That’s the perfect introduction for Girls Made Pudding, the next game by Kazuhide Oka. It’s super cute and you can wishlist it on Steam where it’ll be released in 2025.
Here’s what we know of the story:
“When there’s nobody there to see you, you disappear.”
It’s weird, but it’s been like this for a while now. Almost half a year.
The journey started with Sumibi’s wish—”I want to eat that pudding again.”
She and Nikomi go on a bike trip, traveling from town to town while looking for ingredients and meeting new people. Little by little, they start understanding what happened to the world.
They keep traveling and they keep looking at each other… lest they disappear.
Its predecessor has received “very positive” reviews on Steam, and it has quite the cult following among enthusiasts of the genre, so it’ll be interesting to see of this new game will replicate its success.
