The official gameplay trailer for The Sims 4: Life and Death Expansion Pack is finally here, giving fans a sneak peek at what the Halloween-themed content will look like.
Earlier this month, the teaser trailer and a news article for the expansion pack was released. This showed off a lot of the gameplay in the Life and Death Expansion Pack. However, more of it was written than shown.
The official gameplay trailer didn’t really add much information about the expansion pack – it instead gave a glimpse of what living like a ghost or working as a reaper entails. Oh, and it confirmed one of the most burning questions the Sims community was asking: the Reaper is, indeed, WooHoo-able.
Other gameplay-specific features that were seen for the first time include decorating gravestones and choosing what age a Sim can be reborn as.
The trailer, which was told from the Reaper’s point-of-view, is a great example of the Sims listening to its community. Several of these features have been modded into the game by talented players. The excitement that many in the community are showing is a great show of just how many people wanted this expansion.
